Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using GLAZ (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

GLAZ aggregates publicly available market information — press releases, regulatory filings, news wires — and produces real-time summaries, ticker tags, and structured event metadata. Summaries are generated by an AI pipeline and supervised by financial analysts. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@glazmarkets.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person; sharing credentials with others is not permitted.

GLAZ is offered as a paid subscription with a 14-day free trial.

• Card on file required. To start the trial, you must provide a valid payment method. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Auto-renewal. At the end of the 14-day trial, your selected plan (monthly $29 or annual $290) will renew automatically and your payment method will be charged. Annual plans subsequently renew every 12 months; monthly plans every month. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the /billing page in your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during the 14-day trial before the auto-renewal charge, no charge is made.
• Refunds. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once charged. Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days of a billing cycle; after 30 days the subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the year.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice via email or in-product notice. Price changes will not apply to a paid period you have already prepaid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service except via documented APIs we provide;
• Share, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content to third parties;
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe any rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via excessive automated traffic;
• Use the Service to build a competing product, including by training AI models on our summaries or structured outputs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

GLAZ is an informational service. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. GLAZ is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not recommend that you buy, sell, or hold any specific security or pursue any investment strategy.

All decisions about your investments are yours alone. You should consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions and verify any information you act on against primary sources (regulatory filings, official issuer releases, your broker).

Past performance, including any data shown in the Service, is not indicative of future results. Markets carry risk; you may lose money.

The Service uses large language models, supervised by financial analysts, to summarize press releases, regulatory filings, and other source material. Although we validate every AI output against a strict schema and apply human review where appropriate, AI summaries may contain errors, omissions, or interpretation differences.

Treat AI summaries as starting points, not final words. For any decision that matters financially, verify against the original source linked in each item before acting.

The Service aggregates publicly available content (press releases, SEC filings, news wires) and adds value through summarization, tagging, categorization, and presentation. Source material remains the property of its respective publishers.

The Service itself — including our user interface, taxonomy, aggregation logic, AI prompts, and the structured outputs we generate — is owned by GLAZ and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes during your subscription.

You retain ownership of content you create within the Service (for example, watchlists and search history). You grant us a limited license to process that content in order to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or timely. We do not warrant that AI summaries will reflect the issuer’s intent, or that tickers, prices, or other structured data will be correct in any given case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall GLAZ, its affiliates, officers, employees, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses — arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold GLAZ harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. For material changes to the Terms, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the /billing page. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that could expose us to legal or regulatory risk. Sections that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

For small claims (under $10,000), you may bring an action in your local small-claims court without regard to this section.

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and GLAZ regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
